Monday – Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM – we do not offer a 24hour reception ! Our reception is located in Veres Palne street 26. Ring the “Amber Studios ” Doorbell !

We operate two locations, one in Veres Palne street 7, Amber Terrace Studios and one in Veres Palne utca 26, Amber Gardenview Studios. Both locations are 100 m apart from each other and our reception is located in Veres Palne street 26.
Check-in starts from 15:00 at our reception in Veres Pálné utca 26, 1053 Budapest. You can check-in at our reception from 15:00 to 18:30 for both locations, Amber Gardenview Studios and Amber Terrace Studios. In case you arrive after our reception hours, you have to do a self-check-in. Please, mail us your arrival time and in case you arrive outside of our reception hours, we will send you our self-check-in instructions.
Our reception is open from 9 AM and you can store your luggages in our luggage room next to our reception in Veres Palne street 26. In case your studio is ready to check-in before 15:00 we will notify you for early check-in. We know about this only on the day of your arrival and cannot promise early check-in prior to your arrival date.
From 01. January 2021 It is required by legal regulation to upload your IDs or passports into the Hungarian VIZA system of the Hungarian police to provide guest data online if you stay in any accommodation within Hungary. https://vizainfo.hu/en We will send you the link and the code for online registration in the “reservation confirmation” message ( and 2 reminder e-mails). Please, upload your documents as soon as you have received our email.
In case you arrive after 7 PM you have to do a self-check-in. Please, notify us in time, the latest 1 day before your arrival date, that you will arrive after our reception hours. Your documents should be already uploaded into our online system / VIZA system, which is a requirement to send you our self-check-in instructions with detailed description on how to retrieve your key from our keyboy system and on how to accommodate your studio.
We offer a free luggage room for Amber Studios guests which is available from 9 AM to 6:30 PM everyday. Our luggage room is located next to our reception in Veres Palne street 26.
Check-out time is until 10 AM, but you can leave your studio prior to this time by just dropping your studio key in one of the letter boxes with “AMBER KEYS” written on it.
We highly recommend putting your car into Pollack Garage, the cheapest underground parking in our neighborhood.
